Rather than telling people what to think, Soul Coordinates™  helps people locate where they are standing—internally, emotionally, and energetically—so they can respond to life with steadiness instead of reactivity.

I’m Sandra McKee, founder and steward of Soul Coordinates™ Conscious Media.

For over three decades, I’ve worked in coaching, facilitation, and community spaces—supporting people through transition, healing, and awakening.

Over time, my work distilled into a single focus:

helping people develop the capacity to hold intensity without absorbing it, and to meet change from a regulated, grounded inner position.

Soul Coordinates™ is the natural expression of that work—shared through writing, audio, and conscious media rather than instruction or performance.
